With nearly 10 years having passed since the sixth season of 90 Day Fiancé aired in 2018, the stars of the season have gone through a lot more than what was shown during their first time on screen. As one of the most controversial seasons yet, 90 Day Fiancé season 6 featured some cast members who have become major figures in the franchise, like Larissa dos Santos Lima and Colt Johnson. While none of the couples from 90 Day Fiancé season 6 continued on to Happily Ever After?, their stories continued to unravel offscreen, continuing to entertain viewers all over.
After filming wrapped for 90 Day Fiancé season 6, the majority of the couples wound up splitting apart, and some of the cast members have gotten into significant legal trouble. Despite their issues, many of the 90 Day Fiancé season 6 stars didn’t wind up sticking around in the franchise or in the world of reality TV. Instead, many blended back into their own private lives and worked to ensure that their futures were bright. The cast members who did ultimately find themselves a part of the 90 Day Fiancé universe went on to make waves, sharing their intense journeys.
With an exciting cast that season, 90 Day Fiancé season 6 led into an interesting time for the franchise. Although there are some cast members from 90 Day Fiancé who have been more public than others in the time since the show aired, revisiting everyone in the season is worthwhile.
Ashley Martson
Ashley Marston’s relationship with Jay Smith started when the pair met on vacation, then got engaged just six months later despite their 10 year age gap. Though the pair got married during their time on 90 Day Fiancé season 6, by the time the reunion hit, Ashley and Jay were already broken up, and Jay had been accused of cheating on Ashley with women from dating apps. The pair’s divorce didn’t get finalized until 2021, but in the time since, Ashley has been in a serious relationship, raising her two kids, and watching her business, a salon in Pennsylvania, flourish.
Jay Smith
While Jay’s relationship with Ashley wasn’t the right fit, his villain status on 90 Day Fiancé season 6 did keep him in the reality TV sphere for some time. After the series finished filming, Jay found himself in a bit of legal trouble after violating a protective order Ashley filed against him. While things smoothed out between the exes, Jay appears to have moved on entirely. While his relationship status isn’t known, Jay does have a young son who he’s featured on his Instagram in the past. He appears to work as a tattoo artist, and still lives in Pennsylvania.
Colt Johnson
Colt Johnson is one of the most memorable members of the 90 Day Fiancé season 6. Appearing on the show in a whirlwind relationship with his online girlfriend, Larissa, Colt proposed to the Brazilian native just days into their relationship. Things quickly deteriorated, but Colt and Larissa got married, then divorced within a year. Colt has continued appearing on 90 Day franchise shows, even after suffering from a broken leg that completely altered his life. In 2026, having regained mobility, Colt has been in a relationship with Diana Abreu, despite appearing on The Single Life earlier this year.
Larissa dos Santos Lima
Larissa Lima quickly became the villain of 90 Day Fiancé season 6, as her short-lived marriage with Las Vegas resident Colt ended with three domestic battery charges. She frequently fought with all of Colt’s family members, wanting her husband to assert his independence from them. Since their divorce, Larissa still lives in the US and briefly dated fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Corey Rathgeber, who has an on/off relationship with now-wife Evelin Villegas. However, since then, Larissa has been recovering from a botched plastic surgery procedure and was fired from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise for breaking her contract.
Jonathan Rivera
Jonathan met Fernanda while in Mexico, and their relationship quickly drew criticism from viewers, as Jonathan was 32 and Fernanda was still a 19-year-old at the time of filming. The couple married in May 2018 in Jonathan’s home state of North Carolina, but after numerous cheating accusations from Fernanda, the couple’s arguments proved too much. The former 90 Day Fiancé star withdrew his financial support to Fernanda, and their divorce was finalized in 2020. Jonathan, still working as a realtor, has since married sports marketing agent Janelle Miller, welcomed his first child, and has moved back to his hometown, Chicago.
Fernanda Flores
Just 19 when she came to the US, Fernanda Flores faced a challenging migration to the country. Having moved to be with her much older fiancé, Jonathan, she caught him flirting and dancing with other women, which led to Jonathan gaslighting her. Although they married on the show, their marriage lasted just a few months. Although Jonathan canceled her immigration paperwork, Fernanda still lives in the US, working as a model and fitness influencer in Miami. Fernanda appeared on 90 Day: The Single Life in 2021, but has since shifted away from reality TV.
Kalani Faagata
At 30, Kalani Faagta traveled to Samoa to meet 23-year-old Asuelu Pulaa. Having grown up Mormon, Kalani was of Samoan descent and wanted to be with Asuelu, which left her abandoning her beliefs a bit as she got pregnant during her first trip to Samoa. The couple’s families clashed, but Kalani gave birth to the couple’s son, Oliver, during 90 Day Fiancé season 6. The couple had another baby after the season ended, and have appeared together on several spinoffs, both together and apart. Kalani and Asuelu have since split, and she’s welcomed a third child with her boyfriend, Dallas.
Asuelu Pulaa
Samoan Asuelu had never left the country before coming to America, and Kalani’s family was suspicious that Asuelu was only interested in their relationship for a Green Card. Asuelu’s immaturity as a father figure was a frequent contention between the couple and their families. As shown in Happily Ever After, the couple never seemed to get over their arguments about their children and Asuelu’s role in the home. The pair broke up in 2022, but Asuelu has been able to continue parenting his sons with Kalani, and keeps his life fairly private despite sharing some moments on Instagram.
Eric Rosenbrook
Former Marine Eric met Indonesian native Leida on an international dating site, despite Leida being over ten years his junior. Eric had children from a previous relationship, and Leia was unhappy that Eric spent so much time and money on his role as a father. Eric’s parents tried to discourage his relationship with Leida, but he chose not to listen to his close circle. In 2019, Eric’s daughter, Tasha, was granted a restraining order from Leida.
Eric seems to have chosen a side in the rift and is allegedly still with Leida. In 2020, the couple bought their first home together, having moved out of their apartment shared with Eric’s daughter. Other updates are unknown, as the pair deleted their Instagram accounts in 2022 and have remained private.
Leida Margaretha
When Leida met Eric, she claimed she was a medical school graduate, an actress, and a model. As Leida relied on Eric’s income without providing her own when she moved to Wisconsin, it soon became apparent that Leida was lying. Leida’s most infamous moment on the show is when she kicks Eric’s daughter Tasha out of their apartment after frequent fights about Tasha’s relationship with her father.
Bizarrely, Leida and Eric are allegedly still together. This is perhaps the most surprising lasting couple to 90 Day Fiancé fans, given that Tasha has an ongoing restraining order against Leida. She’s also facing a police investigation into a domestic dispute at their home and has faced other legal issues with a former place of employment.
