Invincible season 3, episode 7 unleashed 18 villainous variants of Mark Grayson on the world, begging the question of what happened to each of them. Although Invincible season 4’s ending has recently moved the Prime Video show into its next era, the evil Invincibles proved to be a turning point for the show. Unleashed by Angstrom Levy, who was hellbent on revenge after Invincible season 2’s ending, the villain wanted the Earth to see Invincible for who he “really is” by taking evil variants from across the multiverse and telling them to destroy the planet.
Invincible season 5’s story will be somewhat similar in the sense that Thragg and his evil Viltrumites are hiding among Earth’s citizens, threatening to destroy them at a moment’s notice. After season 3’s Invincible War, Mark, the people of Earth, and, indeed, Invincible‘s audience know how big a threat this really is. The various versions of Invincible did devastating damage to Earth, something Mark will undoubtedly want to avoid happening again in the future.
Still, one advantage Mark could have over Thragg and the Viltrumites is that he knows each of them and has fought them before. Where his variants were concerned, they were unleashed on Invincible and the world with no prior warning. Immediately, these variants got to sinister work, with each one being distinctly different from the last. With unique visual styles and vastly altered backstories, here is every Invincible variant that was featured in season 3, episode 7, and the fate that befell each of them.

Sinister Invincible
The Sinister Invincible variant was first shown in season 2, murdering a variant of Angstrom and his son as an agent of Viltrum after also murdering Omni-Man. Sinister Invincible is differentiated due to his eponymous nature, being outwardly more evil and threatening than our Mark. He is visually distinct due to his black and yellow costume and the long, flowing cape he wears.
In Invincible season 3, episode 7, Sinsiter Invincible is shown fighting several Earth-based superheroes, from Best Tiger in Hong Kong to El Chupacabra, before decimating parts of Los Angeles. Later, Sinister Invincible is reunited with his variants and Angstrom Levy, prompting the latter to strand him in the wasteland dimension from Invincible season 2’s ending, where he is never seen again.

Sporty Invincible
Admittedly, this version of Invincible is difficult to single out in Invincible season 3, episode 7. He is rarely shown outside of the initial scenes in which the Invincibles attack Earth, with only his mangled, dead body being shown later. This glimpse of Sporty Invincible, named purely for his zip-up jacket that evokes runners and other athletes, is shown in a desert crater, where his body is being picked apart by birds. How he died, exactly, is unclear, but it is safe to assume one of the heroes of Earth quickly disposed of him.

Prison Invincible
One of the more distinctive variants of Invincible is Prison Invincible, a bald, scarred version of Mark in a white and grey prison uniform. This version of Mark is shown attacking Moscow in Invincible season 3, episode 7, remarking that he needs a warm-up after spending a year in a Viltrumite prison. Like Sinister Invincible, Prison Invincible is part of the group that is stranded by Angstrom at the end of the episode, removing him from the show’s narrative.

No-Goggles Invincible
No-Goggles Invincible is first shown being thrown into the desert in Egypt, which houses Invincible‘s recurring Ka-Hor gag. Ka-Hor is used as yet another throwaway joke before No-Goggles Invincible faces off against Immortal, Shapesmith, Dark Wing, Dupli-Kate, and Black Samson at the Guardians of the Globe’s headquarters. This variant of Invincible proves too much for the Guardians of the Globe. After grievously wounding Samson, Shapesmith, and Dupli-Kate, No Goggles Invincible continues fighting Immortal and Dark Wing II.
All 6 Guardians Of The Globe Members In Invincible Season 4 & Their Powers
Invincible’s Guardians of the Globe have gone through a lot of changes over the years; here is the current team roster and their various powers.
Concerning ways to differentiate this Invincible from his comrades, he is shown to revel in combat, enjoying the hits and complaining that he killed Immortal too quickly and missed out on the torture. Of course, this version of Mark is visibly picked out via his mask that lacks the goggles the main Mark wears, also resulting in his moniker. As far as his fate goes, No-Goggles Invincible continues fighting the Guardians before being trapped in the Shadow-Verse by Dark Wing, with both seemingly dying inside, given their absence from Invincible since.
14
Flaxan Invincible
Flaxan Invincible is another of the more recognizable evil variants of Mark. This version is shown wearing blue and gray Flaxan armor, which was highlighted by the repeated Flaxan invasions of Earth shown in Invincible‘s many seasons. Little about this version of Mark is known other than his ties to the Flaxans in his own universe and that Cecil, Donald, and the ReAnimen of the GDA defeated him during the Invincible War.
13
Mohawk Invincible
Like Sinister Invincible, Mohawk Invincible gets a bigger focus in Invincible season 3, episode 7. He is shown attacking the prison Mark was hired to protect earlier in the season, prompting Mark and a team of other heroes to fight him. Despite being beaten into submission, Mohawk Invincible, differentiated by his black and blue suit and signature hairstyle, escapes and later destroys the Empire State Building. Mohawk Invincible is part of the group trapped in another dimension by Angstrom Levy by the episode’s end, never to be seen again.
12
Long-Haired Invincible
Long-Haired Invincible is another variant distinguishable via his different hairstyle, this time shoulder-length hair, as well as his short-sleeved outfit. This Invincible is shown fighting with some heroes in a suburban area, not revealing anything about his background. Later, he is shown dead after being seemingly fought by Oliver and two other heroes.
11
Goggles Invincible
While No-Goggles Invincible fought against one side of the fractured Guardians of the Globe, Goggles Invincible fought against the other. This variant is named for the eye lenses that connect in the middle, a distinct difference compared to the many other Marks, who wear two individual eye covers. After Goggles Invincible was shown to easily defeat the likes of Rex, Monster Girl, Robot, and Bulletproof, Rex rallied and sacrificed himself by blowing up his own skeleton, taking both of them down.
10
Head Cap Invincible
Head Cap Invincible is distinguished by his blue mask that completely covers his head, akin to a bald cap. The only element revealed about Head Cap Invincible is that there is no Oliver in his world, as the former questions who the latter is. Oliver fights Head Cap Invincible until he is joined by more heroes. Given that Oliver and these heroes are later shown walking away from Long-Haired Invincible’s body, and Head Cap Invincible is not part of the stranded group at the end of the episode, it is safe to assume he was killed by them also.

No-Mask Invincible
Invincible season 3, episode 7 features a few Invincible variants without masks, one of them receiving a few scenes. This one, wearing the same Invincible colors from season 1’s costume, only without a mask, is shown laying waste to Paris at the end of Day Two of the Invincible War. When the Invincibles are gathered above the Grayson house, No-Mask Invincible states that he misses William, indicating a tragic past in his universe and rendering him a more reserved villain. After this, Angstrom Levy strands him alongside the others.
