There’s no doubt that the release of the Fallout adaptation on Prime Video did so much to resurrect the positive feeling around a franchise that hasn’t had a new mainline single-player release for more than a decade. A big part of that is all the attention to detail that those producing the show paid to the existing identity of the games.
Everything looks pretty much perfect and exactly as longtime fans would expect, with everything from Vault-Boy to Mr House and the Lucky 38 Casino all included along the way. Now, to celebrate one of the more iconic moments in the series to date, there’s a new physical release that could easily serve as one of the coolest items in your collection.
You might remember, in the second season of Fallout on Prime Video, the good guys (all relative) uncover some NCR Power Armor, which Maximus then uses to take on the Deathclaws that threaten Freeside from within New Vegas. The battle is brutal, but the armor does a great job protecting him for as long as it can, all while looking immeasurably cool.
Now, if you head over to the Sideshow website, you should be able to find the product listing for the NCR Power Armor Statue. At $80, it’s less expensive than some of the very premium releases they offer, but the detail included is still mightily impressive. In letting fans know what they can expect, and the inspiration behind the model, they shared the following description:
“Dark Horse, in partnership with Amazon MGM Studios, continues our line of figures from the acclaimed Prime Video series, Fallout, this time pulling characters straight from the scenes of Season 2.
“In the procession to rescue Lucy, The Ghoul takes Maximus and Thaddeus to an abandoned NCR safe house where they unearth the revered armor from the New California Republic. The NCR is a post-war federal republic-esque faction that values democracy and the rule of law. Maximus wears the armor to battle the Deathclaws as they make their way into New Vegas.

Happily, the Fallout show is also far from done, with filming on a third season now underway, and some stellar new faces joining an already excellent cast. That’s expected to release towards the back half of 2027, however, so we will have to be patient to see more of what they have been cooking up.
