RoboCop is one of the more immediately recognizable characters in any medium, thanks to his iconic appearance, memorable lines, and unique approach to the foes he faces. Fans have been underserved somewhat by the adaptations of the original works, and there’s no doubt that the character deserves more time in the sun.
As such, it’s always nice when he shows up somewhere else, and there’s a new physical release on the way that could easily serve in pride of place as the centerpiece of any collection.
Over on the Sideshow website, fans can now pre-order the RoboCop Helmet Life-Size Prop Replica from the Hollywood Collectibles Group. The super premium option is made from fiberglass, and it’s probably the best version of the helmet that you’ll be able to find anywhere right now.
In sharing what fans can expect if they do commit to buying the product, the producer confirmed several details about the approach they have taken:

As you might expect, all of that attention to detail doesn’t come particularly cheap, and you’ll be looking at an outlay of $500, if you want to get ahold of it for yourself. There will also be a bit of a delay before you receive the item as well, as it’s currently available for pre-order, with an estimated shipping date of October 2026 – December 2026.
Things are starting to look up for fans elsewhere as well, as Amazon MGM Studios has officially greenlit a new live-action RoboCop television series for Prime Video. What shape that will take is pretty opaque at the moment, though it is being produced with both Blumhouse and Atomic Monster, meaning it should be worth a look whenever it is fully revealed.
