In recent months, The Last of Us fans have had to experience something of a hiatus whilst both the video game and television series work behind the scenes. With season three of HBO’s The Last of Us expected to air some time in 2027, although no official date has been confirmed, the same cannot be said for a potential The Last of Us Part III.
With Naughty Dog head Neil Druckmann himself offering opposing reports about the future of the video game franchise, fans do not know what to believe. Although The Last of Us creator has previously stated that “this could be it” in regard to there being no further entries, he later changed his mind, saying, “it does feel like there is probably one more chapter to the story” in 2024’s Grounded II: Making The Last of Us Part II. However, with no further updates, fans have been left in the dust whilst Naughty Dog put all of its effort into the launch of its brand-new IP, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.
Nevertheless, there is something else to look forward to in the meantime, courtesy of Sideshow. In collaboration with Prime 1 Studio, the Ellie Quarter Scale Statue is now available for pre-order ahead of shipping beginning in December 2027. Limited to 350 figures, you can get your hands on two separate editions: Standard or Bonus.
The Standard edition of the Ellie Quarter Scale Statue costs £851.29, whilst the Bonus is an eye-watering £1,043.89. However, both depict a younger Ellie as first introduced in 2013’s The Last of Us, with the bonus version coming alongside swappable attachments so that you can customize your figure at will.

The Bonus Version also includes an additional swappable head featuring Ellie in a state of fear. Her widened eyes, tense cheeks, and distorted mouth vividly capture the emotions of a young girl pushed to her limits.
As mentioned, the Bonus edition of this stunning statue is a big commitment thanks to its eye-watering price tag, but here is what customers will receive if they choose this version of the upcoming release:
